One SE8 - Deptford, London
Fire remedial works package to the facade of 15 residential blocks at this development. We worked with the design team to develop and propose a design to change the existing timber construction to a non-combustible system allowing for the issue of the EWS1 for residents.

Tesco Extra – Woolwich, London
Installation of passive fire protection systems within the store, car parks, 260 residential apartments, and communal areas. Works were completed while the store and car parks remained fully operational, and the apartments fully occupied. Replacement of non-existing non-compliant insulation was also delivered.

NHS (BDH) Health Centres – Essex
425 fire door surveys project across 10 live health centres within the Barking, Dagenham and Havering boroughs in Essex. Following the fire door inspections, we were instructed to complete fire door maintenance works at the health centres. Works took place outside of normal working hours to minimise the impact on patients and staff.

Sussex & Surrey Police Stations
Various fire door installation packages within live police stations across Sussex and Surrey. Following several successfully completed projects, we are in talks with Semperian to provide fire protection and fire door works at several other police stations.
